No power to skydock
Exact same problem as Scott below. Power is on and I can play music but no XM. Finally got us the multi-tasking we've been waiting so long for, but this version shouldn't have been approved. Way too buggy, and now no radio at all. If others are having this problem, let me try and help because i found a partial solution last night on my own. If you reset the network on your iphone, the radio should power up. If you do have to call tech support, good luck. You must call XM customer service and not Sirius. I waited for Sirius customer service for 20 minutes before being told the Skydock was an XM product and they couldn't service it despite their name being all over the app. After being advised by to them to erase and reinstall the app about 6 times and replacing all of my hardware, this problem was "escalated" but I never heard from them again. They're not helpful at all. I continue to have the problem from time to time but a network reset does allow me to listen to radio until problem reoccurs.

Skydock and 4th gen issues
Have the skydock and was using with 1st gen itouch, no problems. Just got the new 4th gen itouch, and it worked for 3 days, then stopped. Error says that it "couldnt power on skydock". It has power and I can play music through it, but no xm. Anyone else have issues?

I was a happy user of this app until version 2.1.8. App now fails to load. Repeated re-installations do not help. XM customer support is swamped, and after long waits they finally advise users to wait 10 minutes then reload the app and then try to access via Safari browser?!? Obviously the app is faulty and support is worse than non-existent!

Finally near perfect
Background listening was needed long ago but finally glad it's here. Now we just need to get this company to combine stations FULLY between each other and we'll be in business. Now that football season is here I'll miss my regular Sirius programming which gave me all the NFL games. 4* until this combined company finally shares all programming between subscribers.

This was a good app when I had it on my Touch. I actually used it more on our patio. I lost my XM Skydock app on my iPod Touch 3. I cannot even download the app again. There is no drop down that allows me to do this. Anyone know what to do? I can't access the app on my Touch or computer.
