Do you need a special Comcast service?
The "help" area explains zilch. Do I need a special add-on to my Comcast account? How do I log on to the Wifi access point when I find one? I haven't found one yet, so I don't know if it uses a portal page, or if this app authenticates, or something else is necessary (in addition to the services I already pay dearly for). Add dox to the app and I'll give a better rating.

Pretty good
Well ill give it to comcast for once. I have a ton of hotspots around my house. Even in my house. I dont even need a modem. And im getting 20mbps. I did a speed test. I have full bars. To the ppl complaining..it takes time to set up hotspots across the country. Im only 20 from comcast main office in Philadelphia so there starting here and movin your way.

Name game
It's really pathetic that all of the hotspots are named "XFINITY WiFi" in the database. The app would be a lot more useful if the hotspots were named for the establishments where they're located. This would probably also be a good time to point out that "XFINITY" Is the most cringeworthy trademark in history.

Total Waste of Time
Absolute bummer hotspots are not out there. How could you release a product that does not function? You need to layoff people start with engineering then move to customer service, two wasted departments. Your system required a rating in order to function, my true choice would be NO rating "O". Good trick just pretend you got a low rating rather than the "O" you deserve. This tops the list for a total customer disaster. Chuck M
