Pretty good!
I have been using this app for a couple of weeks now and I must say am completely impressed, esp understanding the device limitations. There is no other app out there that offers all the features that this does right now. It supports almost all of Lync's features --- and I will def. be using this and I look forward to their next release.

Potentially good
Edit: The original review below might be misleading. I'm informed by my IT staff that our Lync Mobile implementation isn't ready for real use yet and that there's a lot more backend work they need to do. This could be the reason that I'm able to successfully use this app for simple IMs and IM conferences, but not for desktop sharing. (haven't tried any of the other features like video sharing.) So take my negative comments below with a grain of salt. I'll update this review once we officially have Lync Mobile fully set up per IT. The primary reason to pay $20 for this app is to gain the ability to receive desktop sharing requests. They DO NOT WORK in this version. Also, the IM interface is clunky, requiring too many clicks. You type your IM and hit Enter on a bluetooth keyboard and nothing happens. Instead you must tap a SEND button on the UI. The feature set of this app is very promising, but it needs work.

Support completely unresponsive
Having issues with the app crashing when iPad is locked. Notification comes through, but when you unlock the device the app crashes and the sent message I lot. Also have a interface issue. Contact list is portrait mode only, and does to flip to landscape mode. I paid a lot for this app, only to have no support response for over a week. Why doesn't apple qualify developers?

Works Great
Good to see an ISV provide a UCC tool like xync in market even before Microsoft. Keep up the good work.

Native Sip
A true native SIP client for iOS. This is great for internal implementations. So much better and easier to convince IT dept to support mobility for Lync. Thanks guys!
