Used to be a 5 star app
I have been using this app ever since it came out and I loved it...HOWEVER, since they updated their online system a few weeks ago it's been nothing but headache after headache. I check my balance several times a day using this app and at random times it will say it doesn't recognize my iphone and I have to get the activation code sent to my email which is a hassle especially if I'm in a hurry. I have had this happen to me twice today! This app is convenient but here lately it's not. I truly hope Woodforest corrects this "bug" in their system during their next update. Once they do I will revise my rating. I've been a loyal Woodforest customer for over 5 years. I am downgrading my rating because the problem is getting worse. I've had to get the activation code 3 times today. I have even deleted the app and re-downloaded it like Woodforest suggested and I'm still having problems. Never had this problem until they updated their system.
