Don't use with paypal
Program crashed, updated, now I can't get into PayPal or eBay so I had to pull out other information to get into my accounts and deactivate. Found out the credential ID changed without notification; this issue has happened 3 times so I have to discontinue use. It's very nice but they have to figure a way to stop it from changing credential ID. I do not recommend for PayPal or eBay.

Yellow!!
What were you thinking Symantec? The yellow, sorry bright yellow color is really distracting. What was wrong with the subtle reds of the previous version that you choose to go with this pathetic - in your face - yellow color. I just need to use this app for 10 secs to get the code and yet it's so distracting that you forced me to write this review!!

Finally Working Properly with 2.0.5
My employer encourages use of VIP Access for iPhone users. The problem is that prior to version 2.0.5 *every synch* blasted my credential ID. So each time I backed up my iPhone, I had to 1) delete the app from my phone; 2) re-download it; and 3) call our help desk to register with the new credential ID. So an app that is by definition targeted at remote / mobile employees breaks every time an employee backs up his/her mobile device. Oh, the irony. That said, Symantec (nee Verisign) finally got it right, and now the app works, even through synchs. Still giving only 4 stars, though, as iTunes throws an odd error message about not being able to back up the app. I understand that may be a security thing, but really, have the warning appear once and then go away.
