Moderately useful
This app works great, but there is one problem. The Post Office keeps getting rid of blue collection boxes and this app does not seem up to date on this.

Love it
I order a lot online and I'm always tracking packages this app is great for that and I've had no problem with it yet. It's very accurate.

Good, but would be 5 stars if..
There was a faster way (ie one tap, no required inputs) to look up the current first class stamp price. Requires far to many taps, data entry and scrolling to find the price of a first class stamp. As often as it changes, this should be at the top of the app and website! :)

App keeps crashing when calculating prices. It is one of the most important and critical functions. How did they release the app without making sure it works? It says a lot about the dev company. Will not buy any app from them.

I can't believe you haven't fixed it!
I love the convenience of scheduling pick ups, but you can almost guarantee you'll have to go through the steps at least twice to get it to take it. You go through all the steps and when you then submit it it blinks and closes the app. A couple different times I thought I had scheduled only to come home the next afternoon to a porch full of packages never picked up. I've learned to double check the hard way. Please, please, PLEASE!!! Fix this bug!!
