Useful, intuitive, limited
Overall impressive for being free. Great for finding the nearest drop box or P.O. location, hours, and last daily collection times, or for looking up zip codes. Somewhat useful for tracking, but could be improved.

Not great for business!
I schedule several pick-ups per week and was excited to be able to schedule while away from a computer. However, every time I've scheduled a pick-up from this app, the packages don't get picked up. A real bummer when clients are expecting their product in a timely fashion.

Essential Post Office App
I was amazed at this multi-function app! A must have for any serious shipper who needs the convenience and accessibility of the PO on their iOS device.

Hold Mail Function Too Limited!
I often schedule trips 3 to 5 months out and can hold my mail that far in advance on the USPS web site. Mobile app only goes out 1 month or so. What good is that ?!?! Plus, as another reviewer states the calendar function is often non responsive.

Hold mail not working
The hold mail screen does not display properly preventing the entry of an end date. The entry field overlaps the calendar so you can't enter a date.

good for tracking, but not anything else?
the USPS app is good for tracking. but NOT for if you have an online account ar the USPS.com website that you have to access on a regular computer. so can't buy stamps. can't order or pay for a p.o. box if want one or already have one. can't do much else. etc. etc. etc. so, if you are no where near your computer, that means you have to actually go to the post office and stand in line and wait to buy your stamps, etc.
