One important feature missing
Zip code lookup is nice. Most important feature seems to be overlooked. Getting postal addresses on mobile devices!:) seems the world is going mobile....it would be a natural fit for the P.O. to facilitate users getting postal addresses on users phones and tablets via electronic address request to contacts or address book on devices. I would have thought the USPS would be all over that....as this would facilitate mobile users....actually using postal mail.

Needs improvement
Cannot copy and paste tracking numbers so you have to keep switching between apps.

Bug and Crashes
Overall great concept, execution needs work. Calculating shipping prices the screen remains blank and then the app just crashes.

Still has same old bug
Used to work great, but has a bug that popped up over a year ago, and it still isn't fixed. When I try to calculate a price it says: "Error, ship date must be within 3 days" even though there is no entry for a date. Please fix!

Needs work!
There's substantial lag in updates. The times of delivery are also off. It says packages were delivered at 11am when it didn't arrive until 5pm! There's practically no updates. I get the departure status and then I get all the updates afterwards the day it gets delivered - what's the point?
