No "print shipping label"?!?!?!?!
Do you mean to tell me, I can schedule a pickup, track a package, but CAN'T PRINT A SHIPPING LABEL?!?!?!?! WOW!!! What is the point of this app again?? To make things easier?? So, I have to log on my laptop, print a label. Then why not just set everything up from there?? Isn't the app kinda useless without the print label option?? Maybe I'm crazy.

Sometimes fails.
Good for looking up shipping costs. But I placed an order for shipping supplies that vaporized and never was processed.

Great app!
Not sure why the reviewers below could find postal rates with the app. It works great and I can find all the rates & information I need.

Disappointed
I thought this application was great because it gave me business hours for the different offices and services they provide. I counted on that information only to find out that the passport hours for a specific post office ended one hour earlier than stated on the app. It didn't help that the post office clerk was rude.

Tracking does not work
The tracking of an item will show that it is either waiting on per shipping info or it has received it. Two days later it might update where the package was the day before. If you can't create an app like your competitors, you probably shouldn't create one at all.
