Needs Improvement
App needs to provide "expected delivery date" like the desktop version. Also, the progress does not update like the screenshot provided in the app details. Please fix. App also needs to provide notification alerts of the status of your item.

Works but Can be Slow
The app works great in every aspect, except for some items they can update very slowly. Sometimes even after I Jae received the item. The app updates of course only when an item arrives at certain points in its journey though, so that is expected. However, it almost never correctly updates international orders. But really other than that, for the most part the app is useful and serves its purpose to within a day. For people who track online as well, this app updates exactly as the website does so you can't blame the app for being slower than any other source.

Like the App but need more functionality to it
Please add ability to create shipping label through this app that can be wirelessly printed in local or eprint. Provide wireless label printers at post office , walk in customers can pre-fill the mailing information on mobile and print at post office this way they can just drop it off. This will save lot if time for customers and the service men at post office. Think about this suggestion seriously
