Unorganized, uncoordinated, sloppy, disrespectful... Just by one package Delivery... Managed to complicate it to 1000 degree... The sight the app & the 800 number are all their own business so make sure to dispute your issue to the right one to get some results... Can't really track the package cause they make u wait the whole day for it and they manage to catch u when u steeped out for a bit... U NEED estimation time for Delivery USPS!!! & train your sight employes some manners... Or just name them all "DICK's"

Still Waiting......
So I got a certified, return receipt delivered to my home, but, of course, I was not there to receive it what with employment and all. The little orange slip in my mail box directed me to this app. It seemed friendly enough. It even scans the bar code on the orange slip in order that one can enter the tracking information by scanning rather than manual entry. The first update said there was no record of my envelope. No worries. It probably wasn't in the system yet. Well, it is now four days later. Still no reference to the delivery. I'm sure it will turn up. After all, these are the folks who deliver.

Really bad app
Like everyone else said worked just fine till update. Doesn't USPS read these reviews need to un update.

Crashes
Every time I try to get a quote it crashes. Never did this before.

Disappointed
I have used the app to track three packages so far. The updates have not been current for portions of the trip. Not sure if this is the app or some other breakdown in the reporting process in USPS or its systems. Then there are the times the app won't provide any info and says to check back later. Hopefully USPS will address the issues and provide more consistency in their processes and systems. On the positive side, my packages did arrive on time - just didn't know they did until a day later.

What happened? 😖
I used to use this app all the time and everything worked fine!!! Now every time I try to calculate a price the whole app shuts down!!! Please fix this app...it was great while it worked!!!
