Disappointing app. Tried it a year ago and was disappointed, so didn't use it. Just decided to try it again hoping it would be better. It's different, but still subpar. Will only use if in a pinch on iPhone.

When the login button works, which isn't often, unexpected crashes leave me hanging. C'mon guys - put some $$ into this and at least make it an average banking app!! I miss my WF account!!!

I found the previous Bill Pay much, much more easy to navigate. And it gave you tons of info. on the landing page. Don't care for this.

Reputable bank, disappointing app
The app is just disappointing in multiple ways. I log onto a computer just about never these days, but I must do so in order to complete certain tasks with US Bank. I'll focus on the Search function for this review: Searching for a transaction using the exact dollar amount works well. Searching for a transaction by vendor name is terrible; it works just about never. If I need to find out whether a particular vendor charged me twice, find out how many transactions I had with that particular vendor, etc., I'm better off logging onto the full website via my PC & using a page CTRL+FIND function to search for the vendor's name. The alternative would be visually scanning every single transaction listed in my app, since the Search is useless... Not good.

Only good for minimal transactions
This app needs serious rework. Time allotted for everyday banking is horrible, history used to be shown in app for biller payments is no longer available and can only be seen on desktop version. When are companies going to get on board with the fact that desktop computing is a thing of the past! The recurring customer service spiel is "it's available on view on your computer". What the hell, can I put a desktop in my pocket?

Just okay
The app is okay, but could be much better. For some reason, I have to touch a selection multiple times to get it to respond. This is the only app that does it to me. Also, it would be nice to view past history on the bill pay like you can view on the website.

App is horrible!
When logging into U.S. Bank website from my iOS device, it takes forever when clicking on the questions to work! This app is painful. See the app from AMEX or Chase Bank for an app that is quick and responsive, unlike this U.S. Bank app!

This app is garbage. This was my 1st time making a payment to them for my new car and I didn't receive a confirmation number at all. Not only that, I will have to call in the morning to ensure that it didn't go through multiple times since the app froze during the 'submitting payment' process. Lastly, what financial company doesn't have a pending payment screen anywhere on their website or their app??? Seems backwards if you ask me!

Poor Functionality
Tried to deposit a check with the app, no success. The app couldn't read the pictures and when I was just about there it logged me out due to inactivity (presumably because the GUI for the deposit isn't keeping the log in active). I agree with other reviews, good concept, poor execution.
