Account auto logs out too quickly. I sepped away for 30 second to grab a sheet of paper so I could update biller information and it logged me out for inactivity. I am not joking on the time. You better be johnny on the spot with exactly what you need and what information is required or prepare TO START FROM SCRATCH!!!

Keeps logging me out
I would be in the middle of entering information for a biller when the system would log me out without warning. Very frustrating.

Worst banking app ever
If I weren't so "tethered" to US Bank (auto-deposit, bill pay, etc) I'd run away as fast as possible. Their mobile site is lousy and their apps are worse. How do their devs keep their jobs? Seriously, if you're looking to switch banks because yours has a lousy mobile experience, don't try this; I can't imagine anything worse.

Bill pay
I would like to say the bill pay on this app needs some improvement. I hate that you can't see all pending bills at once. It would be nice to see the payment history on the bills I select to pay. I'm just saying ill be using the full site version of bill pay. I do like the fact I can take a picture of a new bill and the info is put in by the app. Nice! Now let's work on the check deposit pic app.

Lacking functionality and ease of use
Severely lacking compared to other backs such as Bank of America's app. Can't seem to set up new bill-to accounts, not total of pending transactions, and the ID shield questions come up too frequently with a very unresponsive filed to type in. It asks for EVERY bill payment that you make instead of just for the first one. Also you can't see check images or even the limited amount of transaction details the website lets you see.

No ability to see statements or download transactions. Only 90 days of history....very unhelpful.
