Despite improvements, this app, just as the website, suffers from major reliability issues when it comes to the auto-pay and auto-transfer functions. This is, frankly, completely unacceptable in this day and age when almost everything is done online and automatically. Specific issues have been no payment made despite it showing up in the payment centers, transfers not occurring on their designated day, DOUBLE payments being made resulting in overdrafts. It doesn't help to have to constantly be checking on the payment and transfer status of something that should easily be done automatically. It takes away from the meaning of automatic. This app stinks, it is not convenient. Fail.

Good App, Cheap Bank!
Charging 50 cents to make a deposit verges on pathetic cheapness for this bank! If you had a few more locations, one close by, I would use the darn bank…you don't. So I pay 50 cents? Enough to make me think about going to Wells Fargo. YOUR CHOICE! Take the fee away or I leave ya! Leave ya real soon...

Bug
The option to see the next 20 transactions for an account produces duplicate records. The next 20 are actually the same 20 repeated. This bug is in both the iPad and the iPhone versions. Otherwise, functional app.

Improve bill pay
Overall the app is easy to use, but it would be better if the bill pay feature would show the payment in progress. The website on a computer shows more information that I really like to see. Also, the credit card information is much more informative on the website.

This app is awesome and I use it all the time. It is so easy to use with my iPad . The only thing I wish it had was a pop up calculator.

Pending Missing
Great and convenient. I use photo deposit too. But ... I can't find a link/button to show "pending" transactions. Such works on both the website and my phone. On the iPad app I see the balance and the available balance but clicking either does not show pending transactions. I must say US Bank is a leader in information. When I have a pending, even a store swipe, it shows instantly on the website. I have accounts at other banks that either do not show pending transactions until they post or do not show them as pending for several days. However since USB DOES give this on other access points, it should in the app too.
