I promised to pay someone on the other side of the country for a mother day gift they delivered for me. I look like a fool now asking them to wait 3 days for the check and then however else long it takes to deposit it.... Thanks for the misleading product.

It wasn't broken!
US Bank >used to< have a clean, clear app. Then "somebody" apparently decided to "improve" it. Now, if you pay a bill in advance (for example, if you are going on vacation for a few weeks) you can no longer File the ebill when it arrives. The app refuses to let you pay $0, even when you have a credit balance and the ebill says you owe nothing as a minimum payment. I also used to be able to pay multiple bills on one screen, entering all the amounts and dates, then one click to send all the payments. Now you have to go to an individual screen for each bill, enter the amount -- if you can, as noted above -- then the date, then send payment, and then go back to the pay bill screen and go through the same rigmarole with the next bill, and the next, etc. US Bank apparently believes I have nothing better to do with my time than spend half an hour paying bills that used to take less than five minutes.

STILL doesn't work
They seem to have the mobile deposit working now but Pay a Person feature still doesn't work. Test the app before you release it guys! Is your goal to frustrate all your customers?!

I really like the app but unable to effectively transfer funds - I am limited to transferring from checking only. I then have to login to the website where I can choose to transfer funds from any account. I so appreciate having the ability to use my iPad or iPhone to bank and hopefully our feedback helps your endeavor creating the best 'banking app' for your customers.

AUTHORIZE APP on USBANK.COM before using!!
I only got the app for the deposit function, so after calling customer service they said that I had to authorize the mobile functions by going to US Bank.com, logging in, and clicking "Make a Deposit" / Deposit on the left hand side. It takes about two minutes to confirm and authorize the mobile/tablet function and then you can take pictures of your checks for easier deposit!
