Pretty useless app
In app functionality is horrible and not user friendly. It does not give an option to save other bank information for payments when using an outside bank account. It does not show a pending payment that was made from an outside bank account. It also does not send an email confirmation when a payment is made in the app. Gonna refinance my vehicle with another bank with more customer friendly app features. Project manager and developers responsible for creating this app are really underachieving.

iPhone users beware!
This app used to be great. Now the Check Deposit feature quit working. Soo frustrating as I live nowhere near a branch. Customer service reps can't help & don't seem to care that they are inconveniencing their customers. I'm leaving USbank because of this.

Why bother
I had to pick a star so I chose 1 star. Otherwise it's a negative one. I'm not able to leave the app therefore leaving me logged in. Big security glitch. Can't view account history or deposit check so far and I'm not messing with anything else. Don't need a 1000000 withdrawal accidentally removed from my account!

US Bank PAY ATTENTION!
This app was bordering on great for the past year. I used it often and everything worked well. With the latest "update" it is almost useless and even after spending 45mins with your "support" team I still can't even get it to accept my log in-changed everything twice, re-installed, you name it. No support is more accurate. Frustrating. We are closing in on 2014, step it up USBank. On the other hand, this is a great way to lose customers if thats what you are going for.
