Works really good I haven't had any issues I usually like to try all the different options the mobile app offer to make sure it works fine and I can tell the first time I deleted it and had to reinstall completely because the previous app I had made the new one to crash for some reason then I can do anything I want since I don like to go to the bank that much for what I can see on other reviews you might want to delete the app an reinstall it or call customer service to make sure you get to install this product

Deposit check function useless
Spent 1/2 hour trying to deposit check. Despite a photo studio, the app did not accept the check photos.

Pretty useless app
In app functionality is horrible and not user friendly. It does not give an option to save other bank information for payments when using an outside bank account. It does not show a pending payment that was made from an outside bank account. It also does not send an email confirmation when a payment is made in the app. Gonna refinance my vehicle with another bank with more customer friendly app features. Project manager and developers responsible for creating this app are really underachieving.

iPhone users beware!
This app used to be great. Now the Check Deposit feature quit working. Soo frustrating as I live nowhere near a branch. Customer service reps can't help & don't seem to care that they are inconveniencing their customers. I'm leaving USbank because of this.
