Fees and broken functionality
Fees for check deposit and a prompt to open an account to use the Pay Someone feature. Ummm... If I didn't have an account, how can I possibly be logged into the app, viewing payment options?

Fee For Mobile Deposit Unacceptable!
US Bank required that I ONLY receive online statements to see statements online. Then tried to con me into online only statements when signing up for the mobile Ap., so I have rejected their Ap until now. After trying to carefully read their byzantine terms before accepting, I did accept only to find a fee charged to accept DEPOSITS! After 30 years with this account, I am now reexamining my whole relationship with this Bank. You should too!

Down Time
Pathetic! Less functional than last version and reflects on overall poor performance of US Bank and their deficient technology!

Fees, fees, Nickel dime.
Fee for mobile banking is a waste of time. Do not use this app.

Needs to fit page
Previous versions of this app didn't require scrolling across the page to see balances etc. this is very cumbersome now. I like to see the complete picture, i.e. both sides of the page. Seems very old-fashioned.

Not so great to see history
The app won't turn and in order to see the amount of the transactions on the history you have to 'scroll' all the way to the right. I can't seem to figure out how to see it all on one screen. Of course the full computer version is backwards from every system out there with debits and credits on the wrong sides, so what did I expect. Just ok for doing the basics.
