When I snap a picture of my check it closes the app every time. Used to work fine. Last time this happened UsBank had to do an update. Tried to use "app support" to report it but that just takes you to the UsBank website which is ridiculous to navigate from a phone. FAIL for the App Support link. I only have this app to deposit checks from home so the only reason I use it is broken. Fix please.

Waste of time
I have an apple 4S. I have been using this app for more than one year. 90% of the time when attempting to make a deposit I have to take a minimum of 8 to 10 pictures in order for it to work. When you take a picture of the front and the back of the check and it doesn't work the app makes you start over from the very beginning! This might not sound like a big deal but try it you'll see what I'm talking about. I have called U.S. Bank three times and complained multiple times with absolutely zero improvement to this app. As instructed I have placed my check on a dark background, I have put a headlamp on my head in order to give better light, I have moved around my home to get natural sunlight… Nothing ever works. If you want to lower your stress stay away.

Deposit function doesn't work.
Latest upgrade disabled the deposit function, basically making the app worthless now.

Hostage taking advertising
There is no point trying to advertise my taking your prospective customers phone hostage. You have just got a lifetime person who will now do anything to let usbank feel the pain Never again
