Overall, this app works well. The "timeout due to inactivity" is ridiculously short, needs another 15-30 seconds to prevent multiple "re-logins". Need to have a copy or email feature added so that the transaction details can be sent to an email instead of having to be HAND COPIED like users are a bunch of Dead Sea scroll scribes! Please fix this! Otherwise, five stars.

Fast, accurate and great format!

US Bsnk App
I have been with US Bank for many years. I love the customer service. I Love the ability to get a hold of someone 365 days a year. . However, this app has something to be desired. Especially trying to view your bill pays, logging in issues with the correct password and not being able to view everything on the full site.

I will change banks...
GOTTA fix deposit point. It's the whole reason for me to have an account here, and I will switch my business account to another bank if it is not corrected soon! Update: changed my rating to 1 star; next step, new bank!!!
