3rd time problems after update
I like the app ok, but for the third time after an update, there have been new and annoying problems. This time the app no longer seems to be formatted for mobile devices making it necessary to scroll back and forth as though it was a wide web page. I use the app on my ipad and have never seen this one before. In the past I have just used the 2x button and had no problems. QUALITY CONTROL would be a great idea. My Chase app humming along fine.

Keeps crashing!
Won't work on my iPad or my iPhone. The update didn't help. I was able to deposit a couple of checks, but it never worked again. 😞

Fee for mobile deposit?? Why?
The only bank I've seen that charges you to deposit money via the mobile app. On top of that it asks for a password at every step and works poorly.

Deposit is ridiculous
Trying to deposit a check with this app is an exercise in frustration. It can never read the back of a document - try 15 times and it eventually works.

Great just needs rewards redemption!
Great app, I just wish I could access my credit card rewards like other apps allow.
