Poor implementation
One of the only uses for a mobile app is to check in and use it for the boarding pass. Not only did the app not give me a boarding pass, but required me to print it at the airport, knocking me down to Zone 5. It is a full flight, so I have no idea, where I will put my bags.

Can't do the one thing that it should... get my boarding passes. You guys should have spent more time on getting basic functionality and less on bells and whistles.

Both the app and airline subpar
Went around in circles trying to download my boarding pass--never happened.

It doesn't work
Very poorly designed important infrastructure problems, frustrated to see such poor application from a multi-billion dollar corporation.

Doesn't work!
There is no amount of patience in all of time to make this app work! What a drag, they should have bothered to look at other apps before releasing this junk!

Worst website and now worst app
Congrats USAir, you already have by far the worst airline website, now you have the clean sweep with the worst app too. The team in charge of web/apps should be fired as part of the merger. Did anyone use this app before it launched? I have given up trying to get my boarding pass after logging in and still having to enter the confirmation code. I went to the res to get the number where there is no check in button and you can't cut and paste the necessary number either. Check in should be a 5 sec process. I shouldn't have to get pen/paper, write down the confirm number and then re-enter it in the app! After being 3 yrs behind on an app, there's no excuse. Follow the example of other airlines who got this right, it's not that difficult!
