Poor design
Clunky design means that nothing is where you expect it. Other airlines' apps are completely intuitive. Why in the world is it so hard to get a mobile boarding pass?

Terrible at best
Do not rely on the app for boarding passes. If you print out the passes like its 1986 then you will be fine.

Poor app - not helpful
This is a poor app. Too hard to get your boarding passes, which is what I really wanted this for. Just email your mobile phone a boarding pass PDF, not as much trouble.

Failure of an app
Downloaded for mobile boarding pass. Go though entire setup to not have the ability to get a mobile pass..... Failure....

I may never use this App again,… RCHPE
The app worked just fine for the departure trip, but not for the return. I couldn't get access to my return boarding flight pass. It did not work 24 hours before and it did not work when I got to the airport. I lost a very nice sweater, because I panicked when I got to the airport, and had to rush to get the board pass from the US Airways ticketing desk. Maybe it was because Apple had updated it's OS to a 64 bit format the night before. I've never had a problem with my Delta or United apps. The app does not work well with passbook, even though it prompts you to put your boarding pass into passbook. Eventually, US Airways will work out the bugs, but for now, I don't trust it!

Last "major" airline to finally decide to come out with an app. They should have looked a lot more closely at competitors' apps in designing theirs. Shockingly "user unfriendly" all throughout. It's very tedious to figure out!!
