No seat update/selection
Most other airline apps allow you to view and select or change your seats but not US Airways. This is probably the single most important reason for me to use the app and since they don't allow you to change seats then there really is no reason to use this app. I'm deleting it ASAP!

Cannot see my reservation
I have 2 reservations with confirmation code. I cannot get into see the details of one of them. Good luck getting help.

Eating your dog food?
After 15 min of jumping through hoops just to get set up, I still had to enter my email address, still no boarding pass. Honestly the dev team for this app should be fired. The user experience is laughable.

Worst airline. Worst airline app. Of course.
Lame and buggy. Tried changing seats and the available seats on the chart can not be selected. No record of reservations under log in account.

Terrible App!!!!
All I wanted this app for was to get mobile passes, reduction of paper in an ever increasing digital world. Supposedly you can get your Boarding pass through Passbook, but the app is so unuser friendly that I couldn't figure how. I had to just go to the US Airways website. I ended up wasting our precious earthly resources printing out 8 pieces of paper for the 4 of us in my family. (They give you useless garbage like the weather report for the city you are going to visit as well, like I had no other way of finding out the weather....it's called weather on my phone an app that actually works is useful and doesn't waste paper.) Please fix the app, or as others have stated, please go with Americans app when the merger is completed.

This is it?!?
After years of refusing to create an app, US finally relented and produced...a failure. The app is unable to call up my reservations (repeated error messages) and insists on offering me a US Airways MasterCard, as if I haven't had one for years. Delta knows how to build a functional app; why don't you?
