No passbook
I wouldn't have bothered to download this app if I wasn't looking for passbook and e-ticket support. Should have figured that's why it was so negatively reviewed. Aside from no Passbook, the app itself is also ill conceived. You check in to a flight then go to flight status and you have to search for the flight. Useless.

Wish for a zero star option!
This is one of the worse and most useless apps I have ever wasted my time on. Programming my website is a walk in the park compared to navigating this torturous app! One plane ticket could easily buy you a programmer that can do this job right. Seek advice from Delta!

Disappointed
Just makes the mobile site more complicated. Look at other airline apps and follow their lead. United has a standby feature letting you know what flights have seats available and how far down the list you are.

Worst App ever - Time consuming with no results
This is the worst app ever. Not just among travel apps, but in general. Very time consuming with multiple checks in requiring you to not only know confirmation #s but dividend miles. Once you check in it still dies not send you your boarding passes to your wallet or passbook. If you retry it then tells you, that you are already checked or it times out within five seconds.

Horrible...just horrible
An airline app needs to be accurate and up to date about flights. This app has proven for me to be neither. I wish I could give negative stars.
