No boarding pass?
Cannot load a boarding pass. I'm at the airport and even the USAir staff agreed this app stinks. Why try to reinvent the wheel? Copy other useful airline apps so everyone will already be familiar with the navigation. I hate this app. Just load my boarding pass already.

Poor app
Poor app. Very slow, doesn't seem like a native app but seems to still use mobile web pages in the background. For check-in I have to know the record locator or ticket number?!? Why can't I check in with my Dividend Miles # like the mobile site allows? This app is useless to me. The AA app is much faster and better.

This is Your app?
You had years to develop an app and you came up with this???? I just flew US Air and was ready to use the app like all other airlines and I got nothing!!!! Still waiting for my boarding passes to show up! Come on!

American and Delta's apps are better
This app is slow, visually unappealing, and generally inferior to those of its competitors. I love US Airways, but this app needs work.

Is there a way to give 0 stars?
This app is absolutely useless. Do not bother with it. You cannot change seats, it will not remember your FF data, you can't comment to Passbook, you can't store payment info. When you go to the website, it defaults back to the app, or their mobile website, which this is. I know they don't want to invest in any technology until the merger, but they are looking at six months of crappy service.
