This app is junk. Want to check in and see your boarding pass in the native app? Good luck - they only send it via email. Weird. Junky app.

So complicated, it can be a liability when running late
Way too complicated to get boarding passes. Unclear how a multi-billion company delivers such an antiquated app. Number of steps need to be reduced.

No Boarding Pass in Passbook
I downloaded the app so I could put my boarding pass in Passbook. Unfortunately it didn't work so I have to stop at the kiosk. I downloaded the app so I could avoid the kiosk. I didn't have any problems getting the boarding pass into Passbook when I checked in online. Deleting this app as soon as I get home.

Worst Airline App
Really? The last of the big airline apps (took years), and I can't even change my seat? Worse, I can't even change my seat when I link on to usair.com from here. Am I'm telling you this? Not only is it a major inconvenience but you're losing a revenue opportunity to overcharge people to sit in better seats for $44 a pop. You've gotta be kidding me... My local diner has more options on their app. See Delta App for state of the art. My suggestion, go ahead and fire your digital staff or please make them redundant in the AA merger, and PLEASE get that deal done soon...

Barely useful
As others have pointed out this app is essentially brain dead. It can't remember anything from one screen to the next. It seems someone needs to think about what frequent flyers really want to do. One thing for sure they want is to look up a flight and check in. This alone is a counter intuitive process, app doesn't remember any info from screen to the next. So all in all it's very disappointing. Check in should be clicking a few boxes from the scheduled flights you have, not re entering everything from scratch. This is essentially the worthless mobile redirection from the web site moved into an app which was worthless. I always had to go to the full web site to do anything meaningful
