Terrible. Just terrible...
- Why, after successful login, "My Trips" tab is blank? Why do i have to manually add them, one by one, using confirmation code? Isn't the whole point of logging into my account -- to be able to access all of the information there? - Where are seat maps? - What is the point of ad links in the mobile app (i.e. MasterCard, etc.)? - Why can't I edit ANY information while using the app? What's the point of having the app? Look things up? I can just use mobile browser for that. - Again, when clicking on "My Account", there are links to darn MasterCard promotion! As if seeing that on every page of web site and hearing about it on each and every flight wasn't enough! - So, let's see: I can't change reservation, can't change seats, can't pre-order meals, can't setup or change notifications, can't even look up my booked trips without memorizing conformation number first, can't... Wait, what can I do with this app designed by a company with a net worth close to $200 million? Fail, repeatedly, and in every category

Horrible, don't waste your time
Spent 20 minutes figuring out how to download my boarding pass. I don't think it's possible with this app. Poorly designed. Unless United's goal was to frustrate customers.

Epic Failure
I fly out of a regional airport and I travel a considerable amount. I fly US Airways when I have to and also use two other major carriers. This has to be the most pitiful, useless, time wasting airline App available. The other reviews tell it all, horrible!

Passbook Support
I don't understand all of the negative comments regarding boarding passes and Passbook. I registered my email address, verified it, checked in for a flight and confirmed by supplying my registered/verified email address and two boarding passes went to Passbook. Did it all within the app. And, according to the instructions, now that my email address is registered, my boarding passes will continue to go to Passbook even if I check in via a browser on my computer as long as I check the box to send boarding passes to my smartphone and supply my registered/verified email address. I think those who are complaining have not registered their email addresses.
