Better than nothing I guess?
App needs to be able to give passbook boarding passes directly! I should not have to have it sent to my email and then have to add it from my browser.

Juvenile application.
Very poor app unless you need basic information. Attempting to check in takes much longer that appropriate. It's clumsy, information does not transfer (again on checking in), and the app seems to be a shadow of its contemporaries, like Delta and others.

All I want is an electronic boarding pass
But the app doesn't want to do that. Tells me to check in again which simply isn't possible online or with the app. App is notably slow too. Get better.

Disappointing
I a a platinum. So happy to get the app. Tries booking. So many flaws. Does not remember anything. Got out of the bed booked using a laptop on the site. They should fire the software team. Just copy the united ui or hire the firm who did their app. What a waste of time.

Not terrible, but inferior to other airline apps
I travel quite a bit, and use various airline apps. This one is lacking in one VERY important aspect: flight updates. It lacks the data input to reflect (or alert you) when a flight you are supposed to be on is changed, or worse, cancelled. It happened tonight on two different flights. The data for your itinerary is static, and PassBook is frozen in time (quickly obsoleted). Contrast that with the American Airlines app (flew on AA last week) and the American app updated (and updated mu boarding pass in PassBook) and informed me of a gate (and terminal) change while I was at the airport -- before the airport monitors had updated. Why US Air can't get it's app to update is a mystery to me.

Worst app of all airlines
I have all the major US airline company apps on my phone and this one is the worst. You cannot change your seating assignment, takes forever to update info on the app, and does not notify you if it is running late. I was only able to find out my flight was delayed AFTER I ran off my plane on the opposite side of Charlotte airport. US Airways...take a look at other airline apps and see what you're missing.
