Wouldn't change a thing
I have been using Toodledo for years. The web based interface makes this a must have for people who like to be organized. I have recommended this program/app to everyone I know.

Build and You Will See
This GTD app is exactly what I was looking for. I spent days researching and trying other apps out before settling on Toodledo. I was specifically looking for a customizable GTD app that I could build upon the ideas presented in David Allen's book, "Getting Things Done". Although this app is not built to organize items exactly how the book explains, it still gives you the flexibility to design your own task filtering system. I immediately purchased the upgrade to get the added features of sub-tasking, which is what lacks in many of the other apps out there. I envision using this app for many years to come even as it stands now, but with the attention to detail and updating service these guys provide, the app will only get better. Great product. Thanks!!

Great App!
I've tried many different task list programs and this is easily the best. I even pay for the upgrade to get sub tasks. It's worth it to me.

Flexible and robust
I've tried several productivity apps to implement my own version of GTD, and ToodleDo is the first one to give me both the built-in features I need, and the options to tweak it to reflect how I like to approach task management. Some highlights: - I like the fact that I can set up tags as well as folders, goals, contexts, flags, priorities, notes and locations. Multiple separate attributes are helpful to me (maybe go further, with user-definable fields?) - being able to choose what fields I use, as well as their order, is fantastic. I only use some fields, and have my own idea of their value - robust time details: start date and time, due date and time, complex repeats, duration, and a timer! Useful for Pomodoro-Technique style approaches - I like having this sync across multiple devices, and being able to use it on and offline (on the phone; via a third-party app on my desktop) - Subtasks are helpful (though I would like to see these indented at the top level, and be able to go more than one level deep) - one to three levels of sort (depending which version you have) - robust list of statuses - notes, and a separate notebook Wishlist: - as noted above, indented and more levels of subtasks - also noted, user-definable fields - subtasks and notes persisting from one repeat iteration to the next (this could just be a bug) - built-in calendar view for scheduled tasks - multiple selection (like tags) in folder and context fields Wishlist aside, this is better than most apps I've tried. Thank you!

General Contractor's Perspective
I use this program in my business to keep up with our projects and the project management tasks for each. I love the iPad version however I think the pc version could be better. I still rate it a 5 star because I like it that much. If you are a list oriented manager this app is for you.
