So the WaPo now insists that we pay $15 a month to read it on the clumsy app, but only $10 a month for the web version. I'll subscribe, but not to the iPad app. Not only is it not worth an extra $5 a month to read the app, the app won't do things (like link to comments) that the web version will. I don't know why the Post seems to insist on ignoring their negative comments on iTunes, but they're not the only news source on the Web.

Well, too bad it will not accept my account info. Error message "unexpected token." You would think they'd check things out before going live...duh.

Please fix!
I cannot even open the app, as it crashes at startup. Everytime.

Too mixed
I don't hate the app as many others seem to. Mine does NOT crash in either print version or regular. I can do the crossword puzzle but it isn't user friendly. My issue is simply that half the articles require you to thumb left to right to go on and some require that you thumb down from top to bottom to get to page 2! There is no rhyme or reason to which ones go vertically and which go horizontally. Seems a very basic thing is ignored here. Fix it.

Good app gone bad
The WP app used to be terrific. I could download whole sections in seconds and then take my iPad out and read offline. Since the app moved to Apple's "newsstand" I need to download articles individually, which can take 10-15 minutes. It's a horrible experience. Why are people always trying to fix things that aren't broken?
