Videos Buggy
I rarely watch the videos because it usually takes 2 or 3 attempts before the video will play. The ads before the videos play perfectly, however, every time. So, for every video I watch I have to be prepared to spend 20 seconds watching the same ad several times over.

Terrible new app
For a couple of years, I used the old Washington Post app without problems. Loved it! Then, when the company started charging for the service, it rolled out a new app that is the WORST app I have continuously used. At first, page links would go nowhere. That seems to have been fixed, but not the crashing. I can't count the number of articles I haven't been able to read because the app crashed. And now I'm paying for content I can't access! Please, WP, fix this problem. If necessary, let some of us buy the web version without the printed edition if that would make the web version more stable.

Inconsistent AND unreliable!
Pretty much says it all. Frequently can't download the print version and crashes while trying to read articles. The last thing I need to start my day is a cup of coffee combined with ten minutes of dealing with a balky WP app! WP should be embarrassed by the way they are represented by this poorly designed and managed digital interface!

Resource hog
Middling utility, not as easy to navigate or configure as the NYT app; most distressingly this 37MB app consumes 3.7 *GB* of space on my iPad ever after I clear out old articles. I can't devote 15% of my storage to this sometimes application, so out it goes!

Doesn't work
I finally convinced myself to buy a digital subscription but then figured out the app doesn't work. Fix it and I'll subscribe.
