Thank you
Love this app for many reason. Yes, I am news reader but in last few years there not been much to read. This app, I learned so much in four days, and love all photos that just make me say wow at every photos. Thank you WP for making it free, and comfortable app to read. :)

Not much of an improvement
I'll give wapo this, they didn't totally ruin their app in the redesign like Huffington Post, but I'm not impressed. Why can't I scroll down anymore? Politico is like that and it's not a plus. I prefer scrolling over having to go to a whole new page. And I won't be paying for this come summer, why bother when I can just go online with my iPad? Should they start charging even for web access (like the NYTimes) they'll lose me altogether.

Buggy but a step in the right direction
I like the idea of getting the print edition and browsing through it, but not all the articles are hot linked and there's no indication what available. Not sure how effective the browsable print edition is, maybe something formatted for the screen would be better. There are plenty of bugs, switching between print and online version often gets stuck for example. I loathe the banner ad at the bottom. Makes the whole app feel dated. There could be some things done to freshen up the interface, but overall I think it's an improvement from the previous version.

Gorgeous!
Baffled by the negative reviews, but also reminded there are a lot of people still new to technology who acquired iPads…and a lot of bitter people who simply can't accept change. The navigation is amazing and uncommonly intuitive, and I love that the content isn't allowed to get stale. No staring at 6-day-old Food section stories waiting for Thursdays to roll around! I've been led to discover and engage with more content than I did with the old version of the app. I hope more people build apps that function like this. High-level advancements like this should be what people strive for.

Terrific New App.
After reading a few reviews, I was not too confident that I should try it, but then, if it disappoints you can delete.. Well, that was a good move! It is a great app. It gives you clear, easy to read content, and great flexibility to move about the Post with ease. I have experimented with several Post apps over the past two years, and believe me, this one is the keeper!
