Snafu
I have to re download this app every couple of days because it will not load. When I pay for the subscription will this still be a problem? Otherwise I like the app

First - better
The stand alone app was much better I would have paid for a subscription! No way for this one, won't open half the time, buggy and either the content is not as good or they are having difficulties presenting it well!

Clunky
PLEASE get the articles to scroll the same way. When reading articles, sometimes scrolling to the right is used to continue reading the article and at other times it's scrolling down. When you scroll sideways (and you should have gone down) when you go back to the article, your at the beginning and have to find your place again. Come on guys, this is clunky! The old app worked fine, this is not worth the subscription service fee it was implemented for.

Love The Print Edition
I only read the print edition, so I probably won't encounter the issues others seem to be having. I have to say I really love being able to read the print edition on my iPad. Please keep this feature!

Auto archive eats iPad
There needs to be a way to turn the archive feature off it eventually eats up all the space on your iPad.

Great app but crossword usability issues
The newspaper part of this app is outstanding. The ability to download the print edition an to keep more than one edition on my device is fantastic. It's great that the crossword finally works. However, the designers apparently never considered screen layout. The ipad keyboard popup covers all the down clues, and half the puzzle. Portrait mode is disallowed, even though it appears that would be a more useful layout. The designers should look at the usatoday app to see how a crossword can be presented on an ipad in a way that is usable.
