Print edition will not download
After downloading the latest update, print edition does not download completely so is unavailable. Update appears to be operationally flawed.

A complete failure
Like others, can't log in since the update. And to make it worse, the unexpected token error message is something only a programmer would understand. No support available by phone or on the support page. No wonder newspapers are dying.

New 7/04 app doesn't deliver....
...the print edition, although the "sections" come in correctly. The print edition download starts up but stops about 4/5 of the way through; the display page remains blank (black) although the date ( July 5) is correct. Also.... the delete function fails to delete anything. I had no log-in problems, unlike the other posters here. Hope you can fix things soon.

Horrible validation
The new process to Link to a subscription is absurd and broken! Ridiculous to ask for an account numer I don't have any need to remember. And to top it off support is provided by a less than talented off shore call center.

Will Not Verify Subscription
Either trying to input account Phone Number or Account Number and Zip code on iPad app - get an Unexpected Token error. Frustrating to say the least.

What the hell???
What are you guys doing down there? Your new app doesn't download the print edition and it doesn't recognize my subscription! Don't you test new versions before release? Somebody in your shop needs to find a new job
