Please bring back the old version
As other's review, please bring back the older version.. This new version is SO BAD - giant heading with little news ( why?).. I'm willing to pay for it if they bring back old version. Now, I just read NewYork Time. Should fire the whole online dept.

Even for free, not worth it
Very slow, if a story is more than one page, it won't load the other pages. I've already deleted it, gone back to reading it on the web.

Worst app
The new WP app is terrible. One third of the screen is ads and toolbar. The old one was excellent. No way will I ever pay for this downgrade.

The price is right!
It isn't the NY Times, but for the price -- free -- it's a great way to carry a newspaper on your iPad. Recommendation to the developers: give user the ability to customize the 'Local' page to their local area.

WP new app
Not functional since last update. Does not refresh, links are broken.

Old app much better
The new app in newsstand does not allow you to see the entire paper like the old one did. In the old app, for example, you could look at all the sections, in this one the Food section is missing. The old app was much easier to navigate and way faster as well. The feature on the new app that allows download of the print edition would be nice if it weren't so slow. Most od the time I give up on it. All in all, this is a MAJOR step backwards and will accelerate the decline in its readership.
