No Respect
It is amazing how they can process the payment for the subscription and app but can't make it work! And they wonder why newspapers are continually losing subscribers.

Disaster
Can't open print edition. WP should be embarrassed. A one star rating is generous.

DOES NOT FUNCTION
Worked very well prior to update. Now I cannot access the paper and I do have a print delivery subscription. Keeps crashing. How can you not test the app before releasing? That is software development 101. I loved the prior version which was light years beyond their initial rollout.

Bye bye
I guess having us leaf through the ads on all the pages was not enough. Electronic views are virtually no cost to you. With the pay wall your advertisers lose another set of eyeballs. Nice business model.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS APP!!!
DON'T BUY THE SUBSCRIPTION FOR THIS APP! I have been trying to get this app to work for six weeks - both before and after their recent 'major upgrade'. Neither tech support or customer service respond to reports of problems. Out of several e-requests, I was finally given two 'fixes' that did not work. I finally called tech support, and they admitted the app isn't working, and had no idea when it would be fixed. Yet, they are happy to collect $14.99 a month for the privilege of using an app that doesn't work - EVEN THOUGH THEY KNOW IT DOESN'T WORK! What kind of business operates that way??? Certainly one that doesn't care about their customers. No wonder they are having financial problems!!! Stay FAR FAR AWAY from this app!

An unbelievable number of bugs
Crashes in the middle of downloading print editions. Screen shows up blank after downloading print edition. Print edition does not download automatically despite turning the setting on. After manually downloading print editions for various days, they keep disappearing (despite my remaining logged in) and I have to keep downloading them over and over. Search function does not work at all - pulls up > 118,000 entries, all of which are the same set of 8 articles, repeating endlessly, from months ago...and having no relationship to the search term. This is now the 4th time in several weeks that I have had to delete (losing ALL of my data and saved articles in the process!) and reinstall the app in order to get it to stop crashing. This is beyond frustrating. The app is completely useless and I have zero interest in subscribing if this is going to be the user experience.
