Nice job with the "newsstand" update
Well done Washington Post. Very impressed with the new update.

Great Update!!
Just downloaded the update. Dramatic improvement. It's now in newsstand, which I like. Reading is more organized, and I love that you can download the print edition exactly how it appears in print, ads and all. Great to get the comics as well. Good job!

App won't load offline Paper. Worthless if not connected
The app will not show the downloaded version of the paper. It crashes immediately. Update required.

Icon disappears
With this new version, my icon has disappeared, so I can only launch the app through the App Store.

Problems
The new app does not allow search. When in print edition mode, it flips back to the Newstand when you click on a story, so you have to start over, and over, and over. Didn't anyone use this on an iPad before release? David H

I dig it...
Now lets just hope the pay wall that's coming this summer is reasonable. I'd also hope that the ads in the "app" are either removed or considered when the subscription prices are created. I don't like them but I'll deal with them if it keeps my cost down.
