Horrible
Absolutely useless app. I bought the subscription and can't even activate it. I've been trying for a full week! I'm done, so long Washington Post. Thanks for wasting my time...

This app has no quality
I want so much to love the Post. When I lived in Boston I would drive EVERY day to Harvard Square to buy Washington Post. Past few years friends have joked about how skinny and poor quality Post had become. App is the same. Not Kay Graham's paper. Okay for relatives running paper to have some excuses but not for chronic typos and app errors. That's quality and that is a performance issue - not an industry trend. Frequently see an app article featured like tonight's on not fixing a NASA piece of equipment. Tap on headline and get an NSA story instead. Bezos getting a C team with A writers.

App has too many bugs
I am a loyal WP reader and subscriber, but I often have to tap on a story two or more times to get it to open. This problem has gotten significantly worse since moving to the subscription service.

Unacceptable!!!
This is ridiculous! I read this very day. Now it asks me to put in my email and password, and this stupid message comes up that says "oops, an error occurred" over and over again!!! Fix this!!

Fire the ad guys
I enjoyed reading the WP on my iPad. Every morning I updated it to read the headlines and interesting stories. So I had no complaints until ....... you guys completely ruined it by adding Google Ads at the bottom for the entire app. Why is it so hard to keep something like an digital newspaper clean and easy to read, it WAS great before. Was it some idiot that pitch the idea "you know what guys, we can make more profit by taking half an inch of screen real estate at the bottom to promote crap!" Excuses like we need it to make it profitable as a reason is BS by the way. Word of advice, less is more, clean and easy to use will always win in apps. 30 days until I delete this app off my newsstand and just read the NYTimes. Hoping as a fan of your journalists & photographers that you make a change and remove the effin ads.

Copy function freezes the story
There is nothing more frustrating than having the highlight box appear as you scrolling and then you can't get rid of it. I don't want to have to back out of the story then reload it. Fix that copy function, please.
