Horrible development
The WP app used to be my favorite news app on the iPad. It was great to navigate and had a very attractive Layout. No more! With the latest version the Washington Post has managed to destroy a great news reading app and has replaced it with less news, cumbersome navigation and an inferior layout. If their purpose was to get rid of users of the free app - they have succeeded, at least in my case. I will remove the app.

Give me the old version!
Where's the news? Streamlining this app was a mistake! Viewing the print edition is a pain! This used to be my Favorite newspaper app....no longer unfortunately!

What a step backwards!
This "update" reduces and dumbs down content. Also, it is much more difficult to use. After installing it, I found the old WP icon on my iPad no longer worked, but there is no new icon either. The only way I can now read the post is to go to the apps store, get my list of purchased apps, find and selectWashingtonPost, then hit the "Open" button!

Not getting better
The previous version of this app was tolerable, at least there was a progress screen indicating download progress. The updated version doesn't have that and worse, it is SLOW in iOS 5.x. It is nice that the full print edition is available (I have not used it yet), but if the purpose of this app is to encourage me to pay for WaPo content it is leading me in the opposite direction. If WaPo believes it is still a peer to the NYT - a stretch! - then the least it could do is offer an efficient app like the NYT.

New version is not very good
Lost my app ikon; new format not an improvement. What problems, features were being fixed or improved? Bad move.

Original version MUCH better!
Difficult to navigate & access all sections. Not worth effort - will subscribe to another news app.
