Doesn't Work
The new version doesn't function at all. I understand the need to make this a subscription but as a long time subscriber, I'm very disappointed that the new version does not work. It seems short sighted to roll it out on a long holiday weekend when there is no support. I expect better service.

Latest update prohibits signing in
When I try to sign in using my Post email address and password to gain full access as a print subscriber I always get the message "Request timed out".

Update problems!!!!! App is a DISASTER
This app was fine before, but with the subscription "update" (!) where they ask for money, things are a mess. When I try to link my PAID DELIVERY SUBSCRIPTION, I get an error message saying Connection Failed. LAME LAME LAME! 😡😡😡 Fix this pronto! Pathetic!!! 7/5: Was NOT happy to learn that the Post uses call centers in the Philippines!!! Completely useless and unhelpful. Decided to CANCEL my Post home delivery. Too bloody expensive anyway. The Post has really screwed this up. Lots of subscribers are going to bail out owing to the app mess. It is impossible to get any help from the Post.

A buggy mess
The previous version of this app worked beautifully for me. The update on 7/4 is horrible. I tried entering my account information and got a message that my connection was terminated. Then, I tried to download today's paper 5 times with no luck. The Post should be ashamed of launching this buggy mess on a holiday weekend with no support on hand. This needs to be fixed pronto!!

Washington Post: Get your online act together
On vacation, wanting to read the paper and can't since update which doesn't recognize home delivery subscriptIon info, print version which doesn't update...c'mon guys don't you test this stuff before rolling out updates?

Update broken!
Would be nice if they tested updates before rolling them out. Linking app to paper subscribers is broken and customer service did not have a clue as to when this might be fixed. Guess I can switch to WSJ.
