Crossword Dissapointment!
Thank you, Crossword puzzle now fixed! A little cumbersome, but so nice to be able to solve it on the iPad. I was excited when I tapped on the crossword and an app launched. After the commercial, it offered me a puzzle for 12/12/10. When I tried to play I got no puzzle or clues, but the timer ran fine. Please fix. The rest of the app works great!

Best of both
I don't know why this app is causing people crashing problems. My guess is they have other issues and it's not this app. I live outside the US and travel a lot. Never any problems with this app. Like another reviewer I have had the NYT electronic versions since they began and read every day on either iPad mini or iPad. Post is MUCH better. I love being able to view the print edition when I wish. Took a little while to get over my NYT preconceptions as to e version layout but find the Post better. When can I start paying?? Boy, never thought I would EVER say that about news on the web! All and all the Post raises the bar meshing the print world and the mashup/blog news.

Spotty Performance
In the past several weeks, seemingly since the Post's latest app updates for iPad, performance has been spotty; including overly long.....or interminable.. loading times, and generally clunky shifts from section to section or from article to article. My other electronic daily news is via the WSJ. No hitches or glitches there; suggest the Post do a thorough scrub of its current App performance. Thanks.

Works Well Again!
After updating, the app stopped working. Not seeing another update, and really wanting this app, I deleted and reinstalled, and the print edition works again. Before deleting, i could download latest paper, but it would't render. After reinstalling, no problems. Whew!!!

Can't Get The IPad Version to Work
Have installed / reinstalled this app several times and can't get it to work on IPad 1. It used to work fine - I started having problems a month ago. When you open up the app it never gives you any content - have waited as long as 5 minutes for it to initialize but it doesn't. I also have the version for the IPhone and it works great on that. Very frustrating.

Did you check the crossword before putting it on line?
It doesn't work. It doesn't even come close to working. I'm embarrassed for you and also annoyed. One star is a vast overstatement.
