Crashes constantly
C'mon WP. App crashes every time I hit the "back arrow" and interestingly when I select "contact us" in an effort to report the problem. You have gotta get this fixed.

Unreliable
Highly unreliable. Consistent in it's propensity to crash. Disappointing. The polar opposite of the NYT App.

Still crashing
I've been putting off reviewing this app hoping that the stability problems would eventually be fixed. However, after trying five times to read the feature article this morning and having the app crash every time, I'm giving up hope. It's a pity that such good content should be trapped behind such poor implementation.

Content fine; app poor
It takes forever to load; it sometimes will not load until the third try; once you finally get to the item you want (if you ever do) it frequently crashes. I use the web site instead.

What happened
As a paper subscriber, I often referred to the iPad app as well and it worked great. Since the switch to the pay service, nothing works the way it used to and I cannot access articles. I am logged in as a subscriber. A big thumbs down on the changes. Your on line readers are slipping away. At least I have the paper version each morning.

Failure
I am a home delivery subscriber. I put in my ID and it is accepted - and then forgotten. I log out and back on, delete and reload. No help. Every day it treats me as a stranger. FIX IT!
