Awful with 3rd World Call Center support
I took out a subscription so I could get access to the digital versions of the Post. Issue is that it's limited me to 20 articles. Called tech support a got a bunch of non native English speakers who kept me on the phone for 45 minutes and could not solve the problem. Don't subscribe. WaPo needs to follow the NYT or WSJ model. It seems to work well with no issues.

Doesn't work!
I'm a subscriber and haven't been able to access the paper since the new app download. Lately I have only been reading the paper on my iPad so this is very disappointing. I also try to download the current edition and only get black pages.

Do not upgrade!
Like many others I found the recent (July 4) upgrade to break the download of the print version -- it worked fine before.

Subscribers may need to delete and re-install
I was having trouble with this recent update: like other are reporting it was showing blank pages for the print edition and then would crash when trying to open a page. So I deleted it, re-installed, and then when I opened it for the first time I connected to my Sunday delivery account and now it seems OK. Since they're now requiring a subscription, if you have one I'd suggest deleting the app and re-installing it.

Another Update...Another Fiasco!!
I have newspapers on my driveway and a paid account. So why does my phone number and an "active subscription" mean my app use is limited? Why does every update result in irate customers?? Come on guys...get your act together!!
