This app exists solely to manage WAPO's new subscription-only service coming this summer. Much of it is the same as the old one. The added part is the replica of the paper edition, but after the initial "this is cool" feeling, most people will revert to the basic app format, which is easier to use (this is how magazine apps are trending, too). It loads now into your newsstand and not as a normal app, since it will be a subscription pay service. Switch to NPR or some other free app instead.

Upgrade and now no icon!
Reading the post is part of my morning routine. Hunting for the app in the AppStore so i can open is not a welcome addition to that routine. Please fix this bug!

Takes forever to load
This new version takes forever to load, and the ads are really distracting. I hope you don't expect me to pay or this. WaPo, join the 21st Century!

Backwards
The old app worked great- sure it wasn't identical to the print copy but the major items were there. It DID open right away. This version takes forever to download the print copy - so long in fact I cancelled the download. I know why Post did this but they ruined a good thing. Should have kept the old app for those who didn't care about reading the print copy and made this subscription based for those who did. Bad move Post.

Not good
I used the previous WaPo app multiple times daily due to its intuitive interface and robust content. While I'm fine with the interface it seems as if there is NOWHERE NEAR THE CONTENT available on this updated version. And they expect users to pay for this shortly?.....um, no.

Less content HATE new "upgrade"
I had to hunt for the app as the icon disappeared. I found the newest version in my newsstand. I opened it to find MUCH LESS CONTENT. The last version was far better...I HATE THIS NEW VERSION!
