Very nice to use
I'm an engineering student and I needed latex software for a class. One of my professors recommended this app. I've been using it for almost a week, so I'm still very new to latex. In spite of that, this app has been very easy to use and has made it much easier to for me to pick up the skills needed to write for my class. I would recommend it to anyone.

Not bad
Overall is good, but crash few times while synchronising with dropbox. Hope to see a big improvement on UI.

Great App!
The app is a great TeX editor and the processing works as long as you arent using complex custom files. I am looking forward to what the developers have next. The app is excellent and hopefully more integration with the Mac version will come including iCloud.

Good start, flaws and bugs
Pro: - local compiling - syntax highlighting - iPhone compatibility - extra gestures very useful Con: - Dropbox sync is very buggy - Errors often unhelpful, link to wrong lines of code. I can't get it to work with my existing projects and can't even figure out what's breaking the compile from the errors. Good app for making a small document from scratch, but not for major projects or editing existing work.

Requires that file names have no spaces—which makes accessing all my imported work a huge pain in the *** and not worth the extra effort (seriously, I have to go in on my iPad and rename every single one??). It also cannot generate all commands in tikZ correctly. So expensive to find out that it isn't even a great fit for me.
