So much better than the iOS 7 calendar
This latest update really pushes Tempo as much more than a calendar. The new design looks really nice and fits very well with the iOS 7 look. And now we have search!

Thank You!!!
Love the new iOS7 design. I would delete the default calendar if I could. Looking forward to more options for alert settings.

Thanks for the update
I would pay for this app! It's really awesome an it helps me to stay in control of my business meetings and flights. My favorite feature is how Tempo organize documents and related email. The app is getting better.

By far my favorite calendar app
Does everything you needed to do, plus more. Integration with email, contacts, companies all those features put together makes this a perfect addition.

Tempo is great but the upgrade is disappointing
I must say that I really liked the previous version of this app and it has been one of my main replacements for Apple's calendar app in iOS 7. I really liked the look and design of Tempo as it was very usable and had a great list view (which Apple dropped from their Calendar app for reasons I can't imagine), a nice agenda view, and a very nice month view. However, I just updated and was disappointed to see that Tempo now uses the new iOS 7 default font which is much less readable. Even the nice, simple touch of an orange line between the images and the list, that helped to brand the app and that gave a nice division to the layout, was taken away in favor of the Apple's minimalist design. There is also slightly less space between items which, while showing more items on the screen, now feels more crowded and is a little harder to quickly scan because of diminished visual contrast. The new calendar view is also less attractive and less clear with so much white space it's harder to see groupings. The gray background for the days of week at the top of the calendar has been removed, as has the nice gray background on the events that distinguished it from the calendar, so that the screen is now nearly all the same color and brightness. It also had squares dividing the days and a nicer highlight for current and selected days which is now missing, making it less attractive and less usable. It is disappointing to see app after app come out with designs that are often less clear, that suffer from insufficient contrast, and that are (dare I say) somewhat boring, as they follow Apple's "upgrade" with their apparent war on buttons, decoration, and even character. I am a designer and am all for simplification, and I love a minimalist approach. I actually really like the Apple font (Helevetica Nueue) in many of it's uses, but I think that Tempo had a more usable and clear design when they did their own thing. Fortunately I was able downgrade to the old version that I still had on my Mac so I can continue to use the older design. In fairness, I see that the new version shows the start and ending times on the left, and I assume there are other well deserved improvements to functionality. However, I use the calendar to easily track what I need to do and truly appreciated Tempo's previous design that made this easy and pleasurable. In closing, I hope I am not coming across too harshly or overly subjective, but I do think that I am speaking for a number of other users who are also struggling with the iOS 7 update and the impact it is having on the new wave of app updates and redesigns. I hope that the Tempo team will use this feedback as constructive and see it as a compliment to their own design sensibilities.
