Runs smoothly as long as you have good Internet connection. Great talks and organized well. New talks every week so things are always fresh!!! Knowledge is power.

Update trashed video quality
It was a great app. Lousy now. Can't watch a video all the way through without audio becoming off sync, buffering freezes, or complete loss of audio. Whoever let that update pass quality control should be fired.

Love these talks, so many interesting ones, but the update made it all buggy.

Poor performance
The user interface is great and I love how often the library is updated. Video performance is atrocious though. Lately, audio, video or both randomly cut out. It seems that certain videos are plagued as I try to rematch them later only to have the same problems in the same spots. If the playback was more reliable, this would earn a 4 or 5 easily.

request for fix!!!
This is great, but videos are randomly become muted and trying to control and going to any parts of the video is absolutely hard. In fact, impossible. this is on the iPhone 4S. Please fix!!

Sad
For an organization that inspires excellence, the TED app certainly misses the mark. The organization is poor, and videos are choppy and sometimes just go black. I can't help but think this could be done much better.
