This is so much more helpful and easy to use than most other trackers. I'd like to see the ability to add a custom symptom. Aside from that the app is a breeze to use - and we do.

Symple = great
This app belongs in a class of a select few (like Strong) that are at once well conceived, well crafted and aesthetically beautiful. It could not be more elegant in its simplicity and I have grown to appreciate it more every day.

Robust, well designed app, mostly.
Definitely glad I upgraded to get full symptom plus journal features. Would be nice to have a simpler method to add new symptoms to the list, but other than that it's a great fit for me.

Valuable symptom tracker
This app so useful and incredibly well-designed. Not only is it a great tool, but it's enjoyable to use. I highly recommend this for anyone with symptoms worth tracking.

Essential to keep track of RA
I use this once or twice a day to log in my symptoms, since I started on new meds. I also keep a short daily journal very easily.

Terrific concept, well executed and simple
I've been using this app for several weeks now and generally love the features and ease of use. Its real power is in enabling the creation of new symptoms that are tailored to your particular health situation, and to doing the same for factors that might be relevant (SympleComplete version). The user interface is clean and intuitive, and one can flip between graphs juxtaposing factors and symptoms on different time scales to visually identify potential factors that might influence symptoms. The app can even be set up to remind you to score symptoms at a particular time. There is room for improvement, but the developers appear to be very conducive to suggestions and are clearly thinking about how to make improvements. My biggest concern is that factors (activities or states that might influence a symptom) are currently coded as a yes/no variable, making it difficult to track the relationship between the severity of a symptom and the scale of a factor (i.e. not just whether that factor occurred at all). For instance, to indicate that one exercised 2 hours one day and 30 minutes another, the excercise factor would have to be split into two separate factors, and only one could be compared with any given symptom at a time. Otherwise, Symple is feature-rich and a very useful tool.

I would've given this app at five if there weren't some inconsistencies
I love this app for tracking symptoms and the fact that I can add my own symptoms. My only wish is that the factors portion of the app was set up the same as the symptoms so I could track my factors morning noon and night and see how they correspond to my symptoms in a graph.

From the developer.
Some older iPhone with large data sets are bumping up against an upper limit of memory. This causes the app to crash. We are working to get our cloud-based backend ready, and this will lighten the load. In the meantime, if you experience this crash, do not delete the app. We have an update in review that will restore your data.
