This is the perfect simple symptom tracking app with one huge missed opportunity, the app doesn't allow you to record symptoms multiple times in one day. Please add this feature!

You can only record symptoms once a day!
You cannot record symptoms multiple times per day, which makes the app useless if you have a spinal injury and have to record every time something triggers symptoms, which can be 20 times a day.

Clever App! Great for tracking chronic illness.
Designed very intuitively, so you can quickly catch on to how to use it. 1. The first thing keeping this app from being 5 stars is the ability to track more symptoms and add more tags. I'd go for 3x as many minimum. (Just think about all the associated symptoms and complications of diabetes and the big numbers will start to make sense. Many other medical problems come with long lists of associated symptoms that are worth tracking but don't happen every day, so with the current number of symptoms and tags you only get half the picture of what a patient experiences, and they have to write the other half down still = they stop using the app. They figure if they have to write some of it out might as well write it all.) 2. Like many other reviewers, the ability to add symptoms from more than one day ago is critical. Say you get chronic migraines and had to go to the ER to get relief, but weren't able to use your phone until 3 days later. Your neurologist wants you to track your migraine triggers. But even though you know exactly which time the pain started on what day, this program won't let you add it. 3. Longer (much) symptom and tag character allowances. What if I want to set up tracking for a patient and they don't know what rotary nystagmus is so I have to put in a description that is 4x as long? Many symptom names are also long words to begin with. 4. The ability to export data to excel or use with a companion app on a laptop or desktop. This app has amazing potential for use to track everything from mobility recovery after a sports injury to pregnancy-related complications to psychiatric symptoms. It just needs to go that extra bit further to become a real powerhouse.
